William H. Beaudoin, 61, of 881 Patriots Road, E. Templeton, died unexpectedly Sunday in Norwich, CT.
Born in Leominster on June 14, 1942, he was the son of William H. and Leona (Brizard) Beaudoin.
At the time of his death he was a self-employed truck driver where he worked for 40 years. He was the original founder of Rug Shack of Gardner.
He was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church. He enjoyed watching car racing, especially NASCAR Racing and SPRINT Racing. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his sons and grandchildren.
He leaves 3 sons, Lance J. Koren of Foxboro, Guy J. Koren of Gardner and Alan J. Koren of Templeton; 6 grandchildren; his stepfather, Donald Eisner of Gross Post, OR; his former wife, Mary E. (Sabou) Koren of Phoenix, AZ; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Thursday from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St., Gardner with a Mass at 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols St., Gardner. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Gardner, at a later date.
Calling hours at the funeral home are Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
