It is with great sadness to announce that Tyler M. Keough, 31, of Gardner, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 5, 2025.
Born in Fitchburg on July 2, 1993, he was the son of Kenneth M. Keough of Gardner and the late Susan D. Peal. Tyler was a laborer employed by Superior Kitchen Design of Gardner then moved on to work at Specialized Paper Converting of Gardner for several years.
Tyler lived life to the fullest. He had a heart of gold, an infectious smile, and knew how to light up a room. He loved to spend most of his time outdoors, enjoyed doing landscaping,he loved being at the ocean with his feet in the sand, sitting by the water fishing; one of his greatest moments was when Briana caught her first fish with him, many camping trips, and making big splashes swimming in pools, Tyler was often seen with a pencil and drawing pad, and would create beautiful works of art, he also enjoyed music. His pride and and joy was his daughter, treasuring their countless memories. In his younger years, he would ice skate a lot and taught others, and then he taught his daughter as soon as she could walk. He took Briana to her first Bruins game, they shared a great love for hockey. Tyler also played baseball as a kid and did a few pick up games as he got older, his daughter was there cheering him on. He will live on through his daughter and the memory of him will be kept alive and forever cherished.
Besides his father, Tyler is survived by his daughter, Briana Keough of Gardner; Briana's mother, Renee LeBlanc of Gardner; brother, Michael Deslauriers and his wife Tabitha of Templeton; niece, Isabella Deslauriers of Templeton; aunts and uncles, Tracie Clark and her husband Robert of North Carolina, Bruce Peal and his wife Chandra of Gardner, Deb Dahlgren and her wife Linda of Phillipston, David Keough and his wife Lori of Ashland, Debra Keough of Westminster; and several cousins.
Calling Hours will be held Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA. Funeral Services will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be held at a later time at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made under Tyler's obituary on the funeral home website to help the family during their time of grief. Any remaining funds will be put towards his daughters future expenses.
