Sharon E. Cash

Sharon E. (Norton) Cash, 68, of Gardner, died unexpectedly Tuesday, September 14, 2021, in her home.

Born in Jonesport, Maine, on February 17, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Truman W. and Jean E. (Sproul) Norton. She graduated from Westbrook High School, Westbrook, Maine, with the Class of 1971 and earned a dental assistant certificate. Sharon was a Dental Assistant employed by Wellpath Prison System for several years.

Sharon loved many things in life, some of which included cooking, shopping, her New England Patriots, and her Boston Red Sox. She loved animals and especially loved her cats, Alan and Gracy. But most importantly, Sharon loved to make people happy, including her sister, children, and grandchildren, whom she loved so dearly and cherished every moment spent with them.

Sharon is survived by her son, Robert R. Tanguay, III of Gardner; a daughter Pamela Brown of Florida; three grandchildren, Thomas Brown, Matthew O’Reilly, and Matthew Brown; a sister, Patricia Bailey of Maine; a brother, Perry Norton of Virginia; a sister-in-law, Jeanie Norton; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was predeceased by a brother, David Norton.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, September 20, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA.

Calling Hours will be held Monday, September 20, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
