Robin Bruce MacLeod, 62, of Gardner, passed away suddenly at home on Friday, April 11, 2025.

He was born in Fitchburg on September 22, 1962, the youngest son of the late Donald and Pauline MacLeod.

Robin is survived by his sister, Pamela and her husband Bruce Millette of Lunenburg; his brother, Ian and his wife Anne MacLeod of Feusines, France; his sister-in-law, MaryJane MacLeod of Townsend; his nieces, Jennifer Whalen, Amanda Roy, Liz Lorden, Alicia MacLeod, and their children. He also leaves several life-long friends, including George “Bill” Bacon of Gardner and Tim Driscoll of Stone Mountain, GA.

Besides his parents who predeceased Robin in 2016 and 2017, he was predeceased by his older brother, Don MacLeod in 2021, and a niece, Samantha McVeigh in 2013.

Robin attended Lunenburg schools, later graduating in 1980 from Montachusett Regional Technical School in Culinary Arts.

He attended the Culinary Arts program at Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island. He went on to share his passion for cooking in several restaurants.

Robin had a career change, graduating from Mount Wachusett Community College in 1996 with a degree in Broadcasting & Electronic Media, going to work for the film industry as a grip for many years.He enjoyed his passion for cooking, gardening, motorcycle riding, and being outdoors.

He was very proud of his Scottish heritage, attending many activities and proudly wearing the MacLeod of Lewis tartan. Robin's passing touches the lives and hearts of so many. He had an infectious sense of humor, making it enjoyable to be around. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
