Robert Monroe Jackson, Jr., 67, of Gardner, died unexpectedly Friday, December 2, 2022, in his residence.
Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on October 29, 1955, he was the son of the late Robert Monroe Jackson, Sr., and Sadie Tuggle.
Robert was the Head of Maintenance employed by Gardner Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of Gardner for many years.
Robert was a congregant of Higher Ground Ministry of Gardner and was a member of VFW Post 905 of Gardner. He enjoyed being outdoors hunting and fishing, as well as cooking, reading, watching movies and listening to music. Robert’s greatest joy was his family, treasuring all the special moments shared together.
Robert is survived by his life partner, Lisa Shepard of Gardner; daughter Alicia Jackson of Gardner; three sons, Robert Spurgeon of Philadelphia, PA, Ronald and Kelley Battis of Philadelphia, PA; two sisters, Sheila Jackson Miller of Philadelphia, PA and Tammy Lawrence of Philadelphia, PA; an aunt, Marlene, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends
