Born in Woburn on September 28, 1961, he was the son of the late John and Adele (Delarue) Bavuso. He graduated from Woburn High School in 1979. Ralph was a self-employed stained glass artisan for many years, a craft he truly excelled at and mastered. He was previously employed by Rafters in Woburn for several years.
Ralph was truly a light in the lives of everyone he met. With his down-to-earth sense of humor and warm heart, he had a way of making those around him feel welcome and at ease. Ralph is survived by his life partner, Kathleen Barlow of Winchendon; two stepsons, Michael A. Barlow and his wife, Courtney, of Calgary, ON, Canada, and William J. Barlow of Winchendon; his brother, John Bavuso and his wife, Karen, of Woburn; his sister, Elizabeth "Betty" Loder of Derry, NH; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his sister, Theresa Dix, who died in 2025; and a stepson, Mathew H. Barlow, who died in 2004.
A Celebration of Ralph's Life will be held Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Acadien Social Club, 193 Parker Street, Gardner, MA.
