Paul G. Sullivan

Paul G. Sullivan, 70, of Westminster, died peacefully Tuesday, March 26, 2024, in his home surrounded by his family after a short illness.

Born in Boston on January 7, 1954, he was the son of the late Edmond and Anne (Trahey) Sullivan. He graduated from Boston College High School with the Class of 1971 and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Boston College in 1977. Paul was a restaurant manager employed by Applebee’s for many years prior to his retirement.

Paul was a parishioner of St. Edward the Confessor Church of Westminster. He loved being outdoors especially during the nice weather. Whether Paul was floating on the lake, having or attending barbeques or visiting Mt. Wachusett, he found the peacefulness it brought. Paul’s greatest joy was his family, always anticipating the next family gathering or visit—memories he always cherished.

Paul is survived by his three sons, Edmund Sullivan and his wife Karina of Las Vegas, NV, Shawn Sullivan of Westminster and Scott Sullivan and his wife Veronica Lee of Gardner; three grandchildren, Sean, Ely and Colleen; a sister, Virginia Byrne and her husband James of York Harbor, ME; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was predeceased by his wife and love 35 years, Kathlyn M. (Curran) Sullivan, who died in 2019; and a brother, Edmond Sullivan Jr.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA.  Burial will follow at Woodside Cemetery, Narrows Road, Westminster, MA.

Calling Hours will be held Monday, April 1, 2024, from 4:00 p.m.  to 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
