Nora Skye Montville

Nora Skye Montville, 11, of Westminster, died Thursday, February 2, 2017 in Heywood Hospital of Gardner, after a life long battle with Battens Disease.
Born in Gardner on April 21, 2005, she was the daughter of Jessica Montville of Westminster and Thomas Montville of Gardner.
Nora was a student at Phillipston Elementary School and CAPS Collaborative in Hubbardston. She loved attending school and was known and loved by all.
Nora loved reading books, playing outside, bowling, singing and dancing. She loved butterflies, enjoyed watching DVD's, and her favorite song was "You are My Sunshine". She loved her brothers and sister.
She was a member of Battens Disease Support and Research Association.
Besides her parents, Nora leaves her brothers, Thomas D. Montville, Marcus A. Blaser and Lucius W. Blaser all of Westminster; one sister, Alicia M. Montville of Westminster; paternal grandmother, Mamie (Bezio) Montville of Gardner; maternal grandmother, Marilyn (Wood) Abbott and her husband Clyde of Westminster; and three uncles, James Montville, Daniel Montville and Nathan Abbott.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, February 7th at 12:00 p.m. in Holy Spirit Church, 50 Lovewell Street, Gardner.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday, February 7th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Holy Spirit Church.
