Marilyn M. (Nutt) Wilber, 82, of Winchendon, died peacefully Wednesday, September 16, 2026, after a period of declining health.

Born in Jamestown, New York, on October 17, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Florence (Swanson) Nutt. She graduated from Bob Jones Academy in Greenville, South Carolina, and later from Bob Jones University, also in Greenville, where she earned a degree in Liberal Arts.

Marilyn was a former member of Bethany Baptist Church of Gardner and a member of Beth Eden Baptist Church of Fitchburg, where she was active in the Women's Bible Study and Senior Group. She was also a member of the Winchendon Senior Center, where she especially enjoyed participating in bingo. Marilyn enjoyed traveling, particularly to visit her family in South Carolina, Tennessee and New York. A devoted homemaker, Marilyn's greatest love and pride was her family, and she treasured the many precious memories they made together throughout the years.

Marilyn is survived by her three daughters, Wendy Gettens and her husband James of Sterling, Penny Hebert and her husband Mark of Gardner, and Tammy Kim and her husband Eiu of Maynard; four grandchildren, Aaron Hebert and his husband Randy Rush, Jared Hebert and his wife Kayla, Emily Kim, and Ethan Kim; two brothers, Ken Nutt and his wife Bettye of Tennessee and Paul Nutt and his wife Margaret of South Carolina; and several nieces, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her loving husband of 57 years, Clyde H. Wilber, who died in 2021.

Visitation will be held Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Bethany Baptist Church, 72 Ryan Street, Gardner, MA. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the church. Burial will be held at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Street, Winchendon, MA at a later date.
