Lorraine A Whipple
Lorraine was born in Gardner on October 29, 1936, the daughter of the late Paul J. and Flora A. (Cormier) Casey.
Lorraine was employed in the Maintenance Department of Old English Village of Gardner for several years, retiring in 2002.
She was a member of the former Sacred Heart of Jesus Church of Gardner.
Lorrain enjoyed playing Bingo, coloring and doing puzzles. She was a sports enthusiast, and was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. She enjoyed listening to all types of music, she loved to clean and she absolutely loved the outdoors. Her grandchildren were her number one priority and she did everything she could for them.
She leaves two sons, David C. Boisvert of Gardner and Arnold P. Boisvert of Lancaster, PA; two daughters, Marlene M. Craigen of Gardner and Diana M. Boisvert and her significant other, Feliberto of Manchester, NH; one brother, Gerald P. Casey and his wife Angie of Gardner; one sister, Janice Cormier of Gardner; four grandchildren, Christopher Craigen, Janet Brunck Craigen, Benjamin Boisvert and his significant other Amanda, and Natasha Boisvert; three great-grandchildren, Haleigh Craigen, Iris Tozierrobbin and Raydon Tozierrobbin-Craigen; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Lorraine was predeceased by her grandson, Matthew Craigen.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, August 30th from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner with a Mass at 11:00 a.m. in Annunciation Parish/Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, West Street, Gardner.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday, August 29th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
