Linda L. (Kulysh) Wilber, 82, of Templeton, died peacefully on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at her home, after a period of declining health.
Born in Gardner on July 28, 1944, she was the daughter of the late George A. and Mabel L. (Stone) Kulysh. She was a proud graduate of Narragansett Regional High School, Class of 1962. Linda worked for several years with the local Boy Scouts before beginning a career at the State Hospital, where she remained until her retirement.
Predeceased by her beloved husband, Eugene Wilber, in 2025.
Linda was a faithful member of Bethany Baptist Church in Gardner, where she was actively involved in the church's social committee. She found great joy in life's simple pleasures, especially her annual trips to Old Orchard Beach, Maine, and visits to The Big E. Linda also had a deep love for animals, especially cats, and her compassion for them was evident throughout her life. Linda was dedicated to serving others through Bethany's hot meals program, where she helped prepare and deliver meals to those in need. Above all, she cherished the many friendships she formed within her church family and throughout the community, as well as the countless memories she shared with her beloved family.
Linda is survived by her nieces, great-nieces, great-nephews, and her cousin.
