Karen, you were a shining star in a dull world. May your sweet passion and energy live on in your wonderful kids. I did not see you often since we graduated in '88, but whenever I did see you, you were so upbeat and able to embrace life and overcome incredible obstacles. A true inspiration!

Dear Karen, I have known you for the past eight years, and you have always been a kind and caring person. I will remember our discussions and the school meetings we attended together. I appreciated that our families all became a loving, extended and blended family. Please know that I will continue to care and love your children as if they were my own, and we all know that you are looking out for us. God bless you.

Dear Karen, You gave me two beautiful children that are amazing, and we shared so many good times together. I am so thankful we remained close throughout the years and talked. My heart is heavy over your passing, but I know you are in great hands and your sight is clear. God bless. I will miss you very much on every occasion.
