John D. Robichaud

August 15, 1940 — November 28, 2004

John D. "Johnny" Robichaud, 64, of 447 Patriots Rd., Templeton died Sunday, November 28th in his residence surrounded by his family.
Born in Gardner on August 15, 1940, he was the son of Jean and Freda (Hayden) Robichaud.
At the time of his death he was a cutter grinder employed by Harrington & Richardson 1871 Co. of Gardner for several years.
He received his GED in 1984. He was a member of Holy Cross Church, East Templeton. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, reading and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Mr. Robichaud served in the U.S. Navy from 1957 to 1960.
He leaves his wife of 43 years, Sandra E. (Laliberte) Robichaud of Templeton; 1 son, Joshua J. Robichaud of Templeton; 5 daughters, Christine J. Alisauskas of Gardner, Nannette M. Leonard and husband Mark, Michelle A. Levasseur and husband Peter, Francine L. Braks and husband Richard, all of Templeton, and Mary E. Malone and husband Jeffrey of Amarillo, TX; 1 sister, Marie Boucher and husband Normand of Cape Coral, FL; 5 grandchildren, Daniel E. and Amber A. Alisauskas of Gardner, Ashley L.and Brett C. Levasseur and Rebecca N. Leonard all of Templeton; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, December 4th @ 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols St., Gardner. Burial of cremains will be at a later date in Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Winchendon.
There are no calling hours.
Memorial contributions may be made to Gardner Visiting Nursing Assn., Bridge Program, 34 Pearly Lane, Gardner, MA 01440 or to Heywood Hospital, ICU Unit and Respiratory Unit, 242 Green St., Gardner, Ma 01440.
The Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St., Gardner, MA is in charge of arrangements.
