John J. Clark

January 21, 1924 — August 2, 2018

John J. “Jack” Clark, Jr., 94, of Gardner, died peacefully Thursday, August 2, 2018 in his home surrounded by people that cared about him.

            Jack was born in Boston, MA on January 21, 1924, the son of the late John J. and Elsie M. (Smith) Clark.

            He was a member of Annunciation Parish/Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church of Gardner as well a long time member of the GGARC.

            Jack enjoyed watching Old Western shows on television, listening to country music and was a huge fan of all the New England sports teams. In his earlier years, he enjoyed and took pride in taking care of horses.  Jack loved spending time with his brother and his friends.

            Besides his parents, Jack was predeceased by his brother, Francis Clark and his sister Arlene

            He was beloved by so many and will truly be missed.

            A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, August 14th at 2:00 p.m. in Wildwood Cemetery, West Street, Gardner.

            There are no calling hours.

            Memorial contributions may be made to GGARC, c/o Richard Spencer, 14 Leominster Street, Westminster, MA 01473. Please reference in memory of John Clark, Jr.
