Jennifer A. Harding, 55, of Westminster, died peacefully on Friday, July 31, 2026, at UMass Memorial Medical Center-University Campus in Worcester, after a period of declining health.
Born in Gardner on June 27, 1971, she was the daughter of Donna M. (Shuffleton) Kuehl and her husband, Daniel, of Destin, Florida and Gregory W. Harding and his wife, Lucille, of Delaware. She graduated from Gardner High School and was employed as a customer service representative with H&R 1871 of Gardner for more than 10 years. Jennifer also worked as a bartender at VFW Post 7389 in Westminster for more than five years, where she enjoyed the friendships she made and the sense of community she found.
Jennifer was an auxiliary member of VFW Post 7389 of Westminster and a former member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. She found happiness in life's simple pleasures, whether it was spending the day strolling a beach boardwalk, exploring local farmers' markets, searching for hidden treasures while thrifting, or visiting Rietta Ranch. Outgoing and full of life, Jennifer was a true social butterfly who never passed up an opportunity to sing her signature karaoke song, "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" by Pat Benatar. Above all, her greatest joy was the time she spent surrounded by her family and friends, creating memories she treasured and sharing laughter, love, and companionship with those who meant the most to her.
Jennifer is survived by her loving partner, Brian Vachon of Westminster; her daughter, Gracie Liukkonen of Winchendon; her grandson, Josiah Lopez; two sisters, Lynn Johns and her husband, Bob, and Sarah Berg and her husband, Joel, all of Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire; her biological father, Donald Oberg and his wife, Janice, of Gardner; her aunt, Dena Shuffleton; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Ashley M. LeBlanc, who died in 2022.
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, August 13, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at WIllliams Restaurant, 184 Pearson Boulevard, Gardner, MA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alyssa's Place, 297 Central Street, Gardner, MA 01440, or through their website, in memory of Jennifer A. Harding.
