Jeffrey Scott Boutell, 74, of Fitchburg, died Saturday, June 6, 2026, in Heywood Hospital, Gardner.

Born in Gardner on December 15, 1951, he was the son of the late Clifton E. and Elizabeth S. (Johnson) Boutell. He graduated from Narragansett Regional High School in 1970.

He was predeceased by his loving wife of over 30 years, Jean M. (Radford) Boutell, who died in 2025
