Obituary

Jeannie M. (Levin) LeTellier, 81, of Gardner, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 19, 2025, at St. Mary Healthcare Center in Worcester, following a period of declining health.

Born in Gardner on February 19, 1944, she was the beloved daughter of the late Walter and Jenny (Ekkorre) Levin. Jeannie was a proud graduate of Gardner High School with the Class of 1962 and went on to dedicate nearly 40 years to a career in healthcare. She worked faithfully as a medical assistant, serving patients with compassion and professionalism for 31 years in the office of Dr. James Faust and an additional eight years with Dr. Paul Carpentier.

Jeannie was a devoted parishioner of St. Martin's Catholic Church in Otter River. She enjoyed staying active and found pleasure in life's simple joys, including reading, birdwatching, and playing computer games. She also cherished the friendships formed through the Golden Agers Club, where she enjoyed playing cards, bingo, and cribbage. Jeannie was a devoted New England sports fan who loved her Boston Red Sox. Above all else, Jeannie's greatest happiness came from the time she spent with her family, whom she loved dearly.

She is survived by her son, Todd LeTellier, and his wife, Kim, of York, Maine; three cherished grandchildren: Matt, Lindsay, and Emma LeTellier; and a cousin, Phyllis Riley.

Jeannie was predeceased by her husband, Leo A. LeTellier, who passed away in 2017; her brother, Russell A. Levin; a niece, Kim Kulczyk; and a nephew, Scott Levin.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in St. Martin's Catholic Church, 248 State Road, Otter River, MA. There are no calling hours; relatives and friends are asked to report directly to the church on the day of the service.
