Jeanne M. (Girouard) Pollastri, 96, of Gardner, died peacefully Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at Fitchburg Healthcare of Fitchburg, after a period of declining health. She was the youngest of a family of 10.

Born on August 2, 1930, she was the daughter of the late James and Amanda (Williams) Girouard. Jeanne was employed by Star Manufacturing of Leominster as a sprayer for many years until her retirement.

Jeanne was a communicant of Annunciation Parish of Gardner; she was consistent about practicing her faith until the end of her life. She enjoyed getting out, whether going to dinner, spending the day shopping, or simply chatting on the phone with friends and family. After a busy day, she was happy to relax at home and watch her favorite television shows. Above all, Jeanne's greatest joy was her family. She treasured the time they spent together and the many special memories they made throughout the years.

Jeanne is survived by her daughter, Sandra LeBlanc, and her husband, Rheal, of Gardner; two grandchildren, Jason LeBlanc and Kristen Salerno, of Athol; Jill LeBlanc and Bill Anderson, of Jackson Hole, WY; a great-granddaughter, Makenzie Alaniz, and her husband, Justin, of South Carolina; three great-great-grandchildren, Lucia, Ben, and Nora Alaniz,

Jeanne was predeceased by her husband, Pasquale Pollastri, who passed away in 1988. Also predeceased were her parents and brothers Joseph, Frederick, Gerald, and James, and sisters Georgiana Haynes, Rita Turgeon, Lena Tremblay, Irene Anderson, and Lorraine Ptasienski.

A Calling Hour will be held Tuesday, November 24, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA. Funeral Services will follow from the funeral home with a Mass at 12:00 p.m. in Annunciation Parish, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA. Burial will be held in Notre Dame Cemetery, West Street, Gardner, MA.
