Jay T. Richard, 67, of Charlton, died peacefully Tuesday, April 29, 2025, in his sister’s home, surrounded by family after a period of declining health.

He especially loved fishing, ice fishing, hockey, and all things Chatham/Cape Cod. In his last 10 years, Jay found meaning and true enjoyment while discovering, learning and playing Disc Golf with his son. Jay also found love and tranquility while spending time with his family, up at the farm with his sisters, and has a special place in his heart for his two great-nieces. Jay loved everyone.
