Janice (Jaillet) Letendre, 87, of Baldwinville, formerly of Gardner, died peacefully Wednesday, September 9, 2026, in AllianceHealth at Baldwinville, after a period of declining health.

Born in Gardner on November 11, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Eddie and Sarah (Sawyer) Jaillet. She graduated from Gardner High School with the Class of 1956. Janice was employed by the medical offices of Dr. James Faust and Dr. Donald Miller for several years until her retirement. She was previously employed in the credit department at S. Bent Company of Gardner.

Janice was a parishioner of Annunciation Parish of Gardner. She enjoyed staying active and could often be found antiquing, working in her yard, or reading a good book. She especially loved spending time at the beach and enjoyed camping along the coast. Above all, Janice's greatest pride and joy was her family, and she treasured the many memories and special times they shared throughout the years.

Janice is survived by her daughter, Lori Burns and her husband Jeffrey of Barre; three grandchildren, Chelsea Owiredu and her husband Jesse of Leominster, Sarah Letendre of Colorado, and Rachael Hummel and her husband Ian of Utah; a great-granddaughter, Juni Hummell; her brother, Roger Jaillet and his wife Gayle of Gardner; her daughter-in-law, Mari Letendre of Colorado; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her husband, Vernon Letendre; and her son, Gary Letendre.

Following Janice's wishes, there are no services.
