Holly (Zetterberg) Raymond, 84, of Gardner, died peacefully Thursday, March 5, 2026, surrounded by her family, at Alliance Health at Baldwinville after a period of declining health.
Born in Gardner on December 30, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Dorothy (Thomas) Zetterberg. She was a proud graduate of Gardner High School with the Class of 1959.
Holly enjoyed keeping busy with knitting and crocheting, often creating thoughtful handmade items for family and friends. She also loved caring for her beloved dog, Jenny. Above all, Holly was a devoted homemaker whose greatest joy in life was her family. She treasured every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, creating memories that will be cherished for years to come.
Holly is survived by her daughter, Robin Raimon and her husband Fran of Gardner; three grandchildren, Molly Whitaker and her husband Connor of Millbury, Joseph Raimon of Gardner, and Miranda Capoccia and her husband Christian of Winchendon; five great-grandchildren, Emilia and Charles Whitaker, and Luca, Lena, and Levi Capoccia; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 58 years, Kenneth A. Raymond, who died in 2019, and by her sister, Carole Hopkins, who died in 2006.
The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the compassionate teams at Brookhaven Hospice and Alliance Health at Baldwinville for the care and kindness shown to Holly.
Calling Hours will be held Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA.
Burial in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Street, Winchendon, MA, will be private.
