Helena C. Andrade

Helena C. (Medeiros) Andrade, 87, of Gardner, died peacefully Wednesday, October 24, 2018 in Gardner Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

                Born in Portugal on June 11, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Jose and Rosa (Medeiros) Costa.

                She was a seamstress for many years, making clothes for her family and friends. She was a member of Annunciation Parish/Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church of Gardner.

                Helena enjoyed crocheting, embroidering, music, and her greatest joy was her family.

                She leaves two sons, Jaime M. Andrade and his wife Paula of Gardner, and John L. Andrade of Gardner; four daughters, Maria L Andrade of Gardner, Luzia M Martin and her husband Leo of Merrimack, New Hampshire, Vickie Busa and her husband Chris of Nashua, New Hampshire, and Grace M. Andrade and her significant other Jason Daughtry of Nashua, New Hampshire; one sister Gabriela Cabral of Canada; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

                She was predeceased by her husband of 46 years Jaime P. Andrade; three brothers, and one sister.

                Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 26th from the Boucher Funeral Home Inc. 110 Nichols St. Gardner, with a Mass at 11:00 a.m. in Annunciation Parish/Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church 135 Nichols St., Gardner. Burial will be in St. Johns Cemetery, West Street, Gardner.

                Calling hours will be held Friday, October 26th from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home.
