Gloria (LeBlanc) Billings, 77, of Gardner, died peacefully Monday, February 8, 2021, in Baystate Medical Center, Springfield, after a brief illness with her family by her side.
Born in Gardner on May 8, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Virginia (Jaillet) LeBlanc. She graduated from Gardner High School with the Class of 1961. Gloria was a cashier employed by Stop & Shop of Gardner for more than 25-years until her retirement.
Gloria was a parishioner of the former Sacred Heart of Jesus Church and Annunciation Parish/ Holy Spirit Chapel, where she was a Eucharistic Minister. She enjoyed watching Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, and reading. Gloria loved her family, especially her grandchildren, with whom she cherished time spent with them.
Gloria is survived by two sons, John Billings and his wife Eileen of Gardner and Timothy Billings and his wife Angela of Everett, WA; one daughter, Jennifer Ullah and her husband Hanif of West Roxbury; five grandchildren, Brady, Eric, Faith, and Rachel Billings, and Enaam Ullah; a brother, Raymond LeBlanc and his wife Margaret “Peg” of Florida; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was predeceased by her husband of 55-years, George A. Billings, who died July 19, 2020; and a granddaughter, Kaitlyn Billings, who died January 31, 2020.
Funeral Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
