Glenn M. Nichols, 23, of Gardner, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, as the result of a motor vehicle accident.
Born in Gardner on December 2, 2001, he was the son of Richard Nichols of Athol and Dawn (Moschner) Albert and her husband Bruce Traudt of Fitchburg. He was a 2020 graduate of Gardner High School and was lovingly devoted to caring for his father at the time of his passing.
Glenn was truly one of a kind-creative, clever, and endlessly resourceful. A skilled craftsman, he could turn almost anything into a handmade tool, and he took great pride in being an avid knife collector. He will be remembered for his sharp wit and the comedic relief he brought when moments needed lightening. Glenn had a warm and generous heart, always willing to give the shirt off his back, especially to the family he cherished so deeply.
In addition to his parents and stepfather, Glenn is survived by his daughter, Scarlett Nichols of Gardner; his significant other, Mikenzy Sargent of Gardner; his brother, William Albert Jr. of Florida; his sisters, Samantha Albert and her significant other Tyler LeBlanc of Leominster, and Julie and Kielly Traudt, both of Gardner; his nephew, Tyler Albert; and many cousins.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Norman Moschner and Susan (Petley) Moschner and his paternal grandparents Carol (Lawton) Nichols and Howard Nichols.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA, with Funeral Services to follow at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home. A Celebration of Life will be held following the funeral services from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Elks Lodge #1426, 31 Park Street, Gardner, MA 01440.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made under Tyler's obituary on the funeral home website to help the family during their time of grief.
