Donna M. Courtemanche, 82, of Templeton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at Life Care Center of Leominster.

Born in Gardner on January 14, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Helen (Dagelis) Adams. She was a proud graduate of Gardner High School, Class of 1962, and later earned her nursing degree in Boston. After nursing school, she began working at Heywood Hospital where she eventually became the Favor 3 Supervisor for 25 years. She then went on to be the Director of Nursing at LaChance Nursing and Rehabiliation Center, Fairlawn Nursing and Rehab in Leominster and ultimately Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Worcester, where she retired from. Over the course of her 40 year career as a Registered Nurse, she made countless friends. She was often asked to be a speaker at Nursing Events for those who were seeking to also join the profession.

Known by all for her kindness and selflessness, Donna was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She enjoyed playing games on her iPad, doing puzzles, gardening, and cooking. Above all, she cherished time spent with her family-especially the moments shared with her grandchildren.

Donna is survived by her beloved husband, Randall J. Courtemanche, of Templeton; by a son: Chuck Courtemanche and his wife, Stacey of Lunenburg; two grandchildren, Chase and Addyson Courtemanche; ; she is also survived by a brother in law, John.

Donna was also predeceased by her sister, Diane M. Dikson.

Calling Hours will be held Thursday, April 9, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA.

Funeral Services to follow in the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be held at St. Johns Cemetery, West Street, Gardner.
