David E. Andersson, 44, of Cambridge, died unexpectedly Tuesday, May 16, 2023, in his home.

Born in Leominster on May 2, 1979, he was the son of the late Jack S. and Felicite M. (Turgeon) Andersson. He graduated from Gardner High School with the Class of 1997 and from Valencia Community College in Orlando, FL, with an Associate Degree. At the time of his death, David was a Project Supervisor employed by Bryant Associates of Boston for many years.

David loved the outdoors, where he enjoyed going mountain biking, rock climbing, and camping. He was also an excellent photographer who always had his camera on him to capture the perfect shot.

David is survived by his sister, Sarah Andersson of Gardner; aunt and uncle Ray and Amy Turgeon of Maine; cousins Greg Turgeon and his wife Debbie of Saugus, Steve Turgeon of Saugus, Michael Turgeon of California Dana Haapaoja and their spouse Kim of New York; several additional cousins on his dad’s side and many friends.
