Cheryl P Buso

Cheryl P. (Jones) Buso, 62, of Hubbardston, died peacefully, Tuesday, October 4, 2016 in UMass Memorial Medical Center of Worcester, following a brief illness.
Born in Madison, Illinois on December 31, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Virginia (Anton) Jones.
Cheryl was a Registered Nurse employed by St. Vincent's Hospital of Worcester, for the past 15 years. She was previously employed by Sylvan Learning and Technology Center of Worcester as a Test Center Administrator.
Cheryl graduated from Granite City High School with the Class of 1972. She received her Associates Degree in Medical Assisting and Nursing from Mount Wachusett Community College of Gardner in the mid 1990's. She was a member of the Massachusetts Nursing Association.
Cheryl loved traveling, spending time in Ogunquit, Maine, and was also an animal lover. She treasured spending time with her family.
She leaves her husband of 43 years, Phillip D. Buso of Hubbardston; one son, Matthew J.D. Buso and his fiancé, Maddie Kessler of Carmichael, CA; two daughters, Heather C. Busa of Hubbardston and Tara A. Buso of Fort Meyers, FL; one brother, Randy Jones of Sacramento, CA; one sister, Joyce Jones of CA; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her sister, Cynthia Jones.
Funeral Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
Calling hours will be held Friday, October 21st from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Worcester Animal Rescue League, 139 Holden Street, Worcester, MA 01606. Please reference in memory of Cheryl P. Buso.
