Brian J. Maillet, 66, of Gardner, died unexpectedly on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at his residence.

Born in Gardner on July 12, 1959, he was the son of the late Albanie and Evelyn (Delmazzo) Maillet. He was a proud graduate of Gardner High School, Class of 1979. Brian was employed for many years as a clerk at Walmart.

Brian was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 747 of Gardner. An avid sports fan, he enjoyed bowling, playing pool, and cheering on his favorite New England teams. He also loved singing karaoke and found great joy in the simple pleasure of sharing a meal-especially at the Paramount Café. Above all, Brian valued the time he spent with those around him.

He is survived by his sister, Susan Maillet of Leominster.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be a St. John's Cemetery, West Street, Gardner, MA.
