Bertha "Betty" M. (Lassig) Callahan, 96, of Gardner, died peacefully Sunday, June 8, 2025, in Sterling Village, Sterling, after a period of declining health.

Providence, RI; great-grandchildren, Ryan, Sophia and Paige Taylor; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Jessica Ares; her siblings, Doris Davenport, Raymond, Paul, and Charles Lassig; a daughter-in-law, Audrey Callahan; and her life partner, George G. Barbin.
