Art was one of the finest men I have ever known. He was kind and compassionate, yet firm when he had to be. He always made Magistrate Hearings..."Informative."

I am so sorry for your loss. Although I did not know Arthur well, I do know he used his position at the Court House to help a lot of people. He was a good man and his family has every right to be proud of him. The City lost a wonderful citizen, and his family was fortunate to have him as a dad and grandfather. Take care of each other.
