Arline (Eddington) Kunz, 87, of Ashburnham, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Winthrop on September 15, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Anne (Marson) Eddington. She was a graduate of Danvers Holton High School class of 1956. She worked for United Shoe Manufacturing of Beverly for many years and while also working alongside her husband in their businesses.
Arline found joy in flying, navigating, traveling, reading, and shopping during her free time, but nothing brought her greater happiness than being with her beloved family.
Arline is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, John O. Kunz, of Ashburnham; two daughters, Deborah Dube and her husband Richard of Milton, New Hampshire, and Karen Jones of Amherst, NH; five grandchildren, Eric Jones, Laura Core, Richard, Brandon, and Justin Dube; she is also survived by ten great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Aside from her parents, Arline is predeceased by two brothers, Robert and John Eddington; and one sister, Anne Bradley.
Calling Hours will be held Sunday, August 17, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a service starting at 3:30 p.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA.
Burial at Meeting House Hill Cemetery in Ashburnham, MA, at a later date.
