Annette Voisine

Annette (Lebel) Voisine, 86, of Gardner, died peacefully on Friday, June 19, 2020, at Wachusett Manor Nursing Home with her oldest daughter by her side.

Annette was born July 26, 1933, in St-Jean de la Lande, Quebec, Canada, to the late Wilfred & Marie-Jeanne (Couillard) Lebel. Annette was employed by Digital Equipment Corporation as a Quality Control Representative for 18 years, retiring in 1992. She was previously employed by the former Diane's Donut Shop.

She was a member of Annunciation Parish/Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church of Gardner. Annette loved and adored spending time with her family and especially the precious time with her grandson, Patrick, while he was growing up. Together they enjoyed going to Friendly's for brownie sundaes or walks to downtown for pizza and to Priscilla's Candy Shop. Annette enjoyed dancing, shopping, and traveling to Ogunquit, Maine and New Brunswick, Canada, as well as vacations to Orlando, FL, Toronto, Canada, and Niagara Falls, Canada.

Annette leaves three daughters, Colette and her husband, Roland Broeckel of Gardner, Denise, and her husband, Val Cormier of Gardner, and Diane and her husband, Sean Hamilton of Templeton. She also leaves her grandson, Patrick Hamilton, his wife, Stacie, a great-grandson, Benjamin, and great-granddaughter, McKenna, a step-grandson, Chad Hamilton and his wife, Thia, and their three step-grandchildren, Cassidy, Landon and Kaylee; and one brother, Claude Lebel of St. Jacques, N.B., Canada.

Annette was predeceased by her husband of 48-years, Roland G. Voisine, who died in 2005, three brothers, Walter, Aime (Ti-Me), and Ronald Lebel, and three sisters, Imelda Michaud, Marie Theriault, and Eliette Cormier.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, in Annunciation Parish at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner at 11:00 A.M. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Gardner.

There are no calling hours.

Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, restrictions set by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts will be in place during Annette's service.
