Herve J. LeBlanc, 66, of Gardner, died peacefully Monday, July 26, 2021, in Heywood Hospital, Gardner, with his family by his side after a courageous battle with Lymphoma.
Born in Saint-Damien, New Brunswick, Canada, on October 16, 1954, he was the son of the late Henri J. and Aurore M. (Leger) LeBlanc. He graduated from Gardner High School with the Class of 1973. Herve was a Custodian employed by Wal-Mart for 6-years until his retirement in 2015. He was previously a Welder employed by C&W and a Custodian for Narragansett Regional High School.
Herve was an avid sports fan, especially of all the New England sports teams but, most importantly, his Boston Bruins. He loved playing golf and hockey and was a member of the first Gardner High School Hockey Team. Herve also enjoyed going to car shows and taking trips to Twin River Casino. But the time that Herve loved and cherished the most was spent with his family.

Dear Alice and family, I am so sorry to hear about Herve! I'm in shock and heartbroken. I had no idea he was sick. So young!!! I'll always remember him coming to our house when I was small to pick up my brother Claude (Froggy) then visiting him in St. John when he got an apartment with my brother and Mike Savoie. I always looked to him like a brother. I will definitely miss him! Praying for you and your family. Sending you big hugs from Pennsylvania. Love you!!
