Deborah L. Menear

Deborah L. (Rocheleau) Menear, 64, of Gardner, died peacefully Saturday, May 22, 2021, in UMass Memorial Medical Center—University Campus, Worcester, after a long illness with her family by her side.

Born in Gardner on October 20, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Claire (Ducharme) Rocheleau. Deborah was the Owner and Operator of Smiley's Taxi of Gardner for 17-years until her retirement. She was previously employed by Kamenstein and Ray's Plastics, both of Winchendon, for several years.

Deborah enjoyed spending time on the computer. She loved everything about Disney and enjoyed traveling there for vacations when the opportunity arose. Deborah also loved going to the beach and playing BINGO. But the thing that Deborah loved and treasured the most was spent with her family.

Deborah is survived by her husband of 37-years, Jon S. Menear, of Gardner; two sons, Shawn Lloyd of Gardner and Bruce Lloyd and his girlfriend Cathy of Gardner; five grandchildren, Savannah Lloyd and her boyfriend, Chris Giorlando, Tianna Lloyd and her boyfriend, Cody Henderson, Shayla, and Aaliyah Berthiaume, and Skylar Casavant; an expecting great-grandson, Kodah Giorlando, for whom she was excited to meet; a sister, Kim Porter and her husband John of Winchendon; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her son, Roger Lloyd; a granddaughter, Rae-Lynn Lloyd; a brother, Bruce Rocheleau; and two sisters, Darleen Suits, and Wanda Watson.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Glenallen Street, Winchendon, MA.

A Calling Hour will be held Wednesday, June 2, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
